Need advice. To test or not?

Okay, so basically my period is 5 days late which is not normal maybe a day late yes but not 5 days!!

Anyway I've been experiencing bad cramps for about a week or so now and I usually get my period on the exact day I get cramps, my breasts are tender and I've also had bad headaches, I have had unprotected sex so I know it's a massive possibility I am but everyone keeps saying to me that I am not pregnant, any advice

Take a test if is says negative take another in a week mines said positive a day after I missed my period but everybody is different

Take a test that's the only way ur gonna know.  Half the time girls aren't pregnant the stress of thinking about it makes u over think everything n u kinda turn things ud normally brush off into symptoms and signs. That's probably y they tell ur not so u won't stress it
