Twins maybe help

On Friday I passed a baby at 7 wks.  Doctor thought I might be carrying twins because of my tummy size.  Is it possible to still be carrying one.  After passing the one baby my nausea and sense of smell became worse. Tummy still bigger than it should be. Still hopefull just waiting on bloodwork to cone back...just feel more pregnant now than before.

its possible , you should ask for ultrasound and a blood test

it could be possible.  a series of blood test to see if your hcg levels are rising or falling will let you know for sure
