Miscarriage Or Pregnancy Bleeding

I've Been To My GP Because I Am 3 Weeks Late For My Period. I Was Told That I Am Most Likely Pregnant Because Of All Of The Symptoms I Have Been Having But It Was Too Early To Test. This Morning I Had Intercourse And Have Been Bleeding Throughout The Day. Is This Normal For Early Pregnancy Or Could It Be A Miscarriage? Should I Still Go To My GP To Test? Please Share If You've Had Any Experience Like This And Still Pregnant. I Would Like Any Advice As Well. Thank You In Advance

Thank You For The Answers. Im Going To A Different Doctor Tomorrow. I Still Have Extremely Sore Breasts Which I Don't Experience Before A Period And They've Been Very Sore For Over A Week Now. Im Not Getting Any Blood Clots, It's Almost Pinkish In Colour Today But A bit Darker As The Day Has Gone On. Can You Bleed Like This And Still Be Pregnant?

If you're having pregnancy symptoms, it is not too early to test. It is ESPECIALLY not too early to test if you're 3 weeks late. Tests now pick up trace amounts of hCG, and at 3 weeks late you would be at least 7 weeks pregnant (give or take). Your hCG would be in the thousands at that point. You need blood testing done to find out if you're pregnant--and perhaps a new doctor if they're saying that you're too early.

You would know if u were miscarrying it's painful and very bloody. If you haven't taken a pregnancy test you need to do so especially if your already three weeks past starting your period. Symptoms don't mean anything. It's NORMAL to bleed after intercourse in early pregnancy as my obgyn has informed me of this but also sex can also make sure period start so you should take a test asap
