Missed period, brown discharge

Being the paranoid person I am, I started stressing out about being pregnant. My boyfriend and I did not have sex, but  there was contact (around 3-5 days before my period was supposed to start), which could potentially cause pregnancy. The entire month, I have also been sick and the weather made a drastic change from breezy sunny to cold foggy and as always I've been stressed.

I was expecting my period to come 3-5 days after that happened, but it didn't. I waited a day after my period was supposed to come and took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. It has been 9 days since my period was supposed to come and today, I found light flow brownish discharge.

Around 1.5 weeks ago, I had felt nauseas, dizzy, constantly bloated and had to urinate a lot, but my breasts were not sore at all.

Could someone help me? What's wrong?
I'm planning to take another pregnancy test in 2-3 days
