Not sure if Im pregnant

Hello everybody, I missed my period its been one week. I did a test but it is negative. I can feel my breast being tender fatigues and pain in my belly. How can I be sure if Im pregnant?

Not a problem glad to be of help. If you where pregnant you should get a positive test by now as hcg the pregnancy rises every 48hours. But sometime we just skip a period just to keep us in our toes and get us all panicky. I hope you get the result you want :)

Take another test as pregnancy symptoms are very similar to period symptoms.  How long ago did you take the first test?

First i want to thank you. I did the test on friday. I got my period on the 2nd of july and im usually regular.
