I had sex when I wasn't ovulating. I got my last period may 30 and my new period is supposed to come June 29-30. I have had cramps and lower back pain but no peroid yet. What should I do?
How long should I wait though. Before I take a test?

Wait. Our body keeps us guessing and even the smallest amount of stress on our body can cause it ti change. Just keep waiting and try not to think about it it should come. Its come before without a single cramp for me so keep patient :)
