Negative tests but all the symptoms?!

My period is 7 days late, I have sickness in the morning, nausea everytime i eat if not sick, back ache, belly ache like I'm due on but it never happens, I've had this for about 2 weeks but all my tests are negative. This would be my second child and I had sickness with her until she was born. Seeing the GP Monday but was wondering if anybody had been in the same situation.

It's pretty rare to be pregnant and far enough into it to cause pregnancy symptoms which are a result OF the hormones the pregnancy tests pick up --- and still get negative tests.  But there is always that one in a million chance.  So, check with your gp-- and do come back and let us know the verdict. good luck
