Heavy Bleeding Can still be pregnant?

Hello. My last first period was about Nov 3.. And I’m delayed for 10 days. So i took a pregnancy test on dec 12.. it shows positive. then dec 13, spotting and gets heavier like a normal period on Dec15 so I decided to go to registered midwife. She said that my baby was 6 weeks then we hear the heartbeat from her device not the ultrasound one. Then afterwards I told her if its normal to have that kind of bleeding because I will travel 2 hours from here to my office.. she said it was normal. then afterwards when Im riding the bus I felt cramping and when I just went on our office there are a lot of red bloods and blood clots like a heavy period. So I decided to go near medical center on our office. But the fee for the OB was so pricey so I decided togo back near our home and traveled for two hours and get a transvaginal ultrasound, then afterwards the result was a retroverted uterus then no gestational sac or fetus were formed. Then I went to the registered midwife again, and she told me that there’s no baby.Maybe I was going to conceive but it didn’t proceed.. Then the heartbeat that we hear was just the heartbeat near my stomach. So at the end of the day, it bothers me a lot, and I lose hope. But until now I thought that there would be miracle.
Can someone help me what should I do next? Thank you.

Some women do spot but generally it is not bright red or heavy.  Some women will cramp but it is more like mild menstrual cramps and not painful.  That you had both is a bad sign.  You may be having a chemical pregnancy which is really an early miscarriage.  A positive test is pretty accurate as false positive pregnancy tests are rare.  But you may have or be miscarrying.  Confirm with a doctor and not a midwife.  good luck
