Pregnancy Symptoms or Something Else

Are these pregnancy symptoms or is something else going on? I am having the following- lower back pain in the pelvic area, dull and sharp in pain in left ovary with pain shooting down leg, headaches, dull pain in right ovary, shooting pain in breast, cloudy discharge after squeezing breasts, gas, and a sore throat. Thanks.

Not like any of the pregnancy symptoms I had. Every woman and every pregnancy is different. The only way to know is to take a test.
