Pregnancy or could it be something else? Or both pregnancy and something else?

Im supposed to be about 7 weeks and 2 days today..if im preggo.. according to the ovulation/pregnancy calculators. Here’s my recent symptoms the past few days/weeks.. *Nose bleed (that hasn’t happened since like middle school) (im 19) *7 lbs weight gain in the last 2 months *Constant food craving during week 5 (lost a lot of my appetite during week 6 and 7) *Constant peeing every hour or half hour *Period was 5 days late.. light spotting and bleeding involved when it actually came *Fatigue, light nausea *Feel "big" *Breasts grew bigger in the past few weeks but not really sore *Sense of smell opened up.. can’t stand strong smells of some foods I love *Can eat food i usually can't stand but cant eat what i used to love *Moody and everything annoys me *Always sleepy and tired throughout the day *Sometimes can’t poo *Bloated feeling *Negative tests the past few weeks *Unprotected sex for the past year and a half but it was the pull out method *Feeling gas-y often *Belly/sides feel weird sometimes *Acne *Heartburn *Sides hurt (feel stretched/swelled *Face feels hot *Hiccups and acid reflux *Throat congestions *Ear, throat, and headache *Darker genitals
I know that sometimes your body can mimic a pregnancy, especially if you really want one.. and I really want one sometimes.. but it’s only when I get several symptoms at once..that I get excited.. and I had some stress about a month ago..but it was something I was able to handle. I know that these are all signs and symptoms of pregnancy.. but could it be something else? Or both pregnancy and something else?

You really need to see a doctor, if you are pregnant you need prenatal care. Good luck!

You should go to the doctor. They should get you a blood test, because then you should know for sure.
