Pregnancy risk changing condoms twice sex

Hi :) i think I must not be pregnant but I find peace of mind talking to someone. Plus in case I did something stupid I would appreciate someone telling me in case i need to take action.
Anyway Im still learning (I’m not that young but i haven’t had a clear sexual education, I don’t want to do something dumb but I also don’t want to miss out on life and love).

Ok so I had sex yesterday it was day 20 of my cycle (usually it lasts from 26 to 31 days normally it comes day 27...) so I thoght I was safe.. as in not in my fertile window (I know that everyday is a risk though).
We used a condom and had sex twice (different condoms).
First time we had vaginal sex and  he pulled out before eyaculation.
Then he washed hands an penis with a towel and water. After like 10 min it was  the second time we had vaginal sex and then he took of his condom and came on my mouth after oral sex.
I think there is no pregnancy risk.. but I’m kinda scared that between changing condoms potions and him fingering me while having sex  etc there could be a risk. Does that make sense ?

You used a condom both times so were safe ---  although condoms are not 100 percent safe.  That's mostly because they can break and yours didn't, so would not worry.  Nothing with the towel or hands touching semen and then you would result in pregnancy.  You should not worry about this.  Use condoms every time.  good luck

I know I should wait for an answer. I’ve just had a couple thoughts on my mind.
I would like to know if one must wash hands before changing a condom to avoid pregnancy. My boyfriend took of and tied the used condom.. then opened and touched the new condom to put it on, but I stoped him and asked him to wash his hands and penis befor putting it on.
Then we used that condom.. but he had already touched itbecause he took it out of the package and he had semen on his penis from taking the old one (then he cleans himself with a. Towel). Should we have thrown the condom away and used another one?
Could there be semen left in his hands, the new condom or his penis that could get me pregnant? Should I take EC?
