Actually you can have a miscarriage at any point in a pregnancy. A very early one is generally called a chemical pregnancy. These are extremely common, and many women don't know they ever had one. She might just think she had a late, heavier cycle.
You can't have a miscarrige this early n i also had cramps one morning n woke up to a pinkish discharge. All u can do is wait until u get ur period n if u don't then think about testing.
Gud luck!
Also thanks for the info on the blood test! I thought a blood test would show a positive sooner than a at home pregnancy test, but it seems to be about the same. So I will probably just wait to take my other test, then if it's a negative go to the doctor, unless I stop having symptoms. I really hope I did not have some type of miscarriage this morning.
Thanks guys for all of your opinions! This morning I woke up at 5:00am with horrible cramps. Cramps like I have never had before. I went to the bathroom and realized I was bleeding a little, at first is was really faint pink, almost more of a clear discharge, then I laid back down but could not sleep my cramps where so bad, I went to the bathroom again and I had a dark brown discharge... I thought it was implantation spotting because it's 7-9 days before my normal period. I went back to bed as the cramps where starting to go away, I woke up again around 9:00 and I was bleeding almost like a normal period. My blood was a lot pinker, thiner, and had more of a clear discharge to it. It was more slimy? (sorry for the gross descriptive word)
Now I have stopped bleeding, but I bled until about 30 minutes ago, and more than just spotting... but a little less than a period. My cramps have also gone away. However I have read cramps are not normal with implantation bleeding, and I had sever cramps more so than with my average period. Should I be concerned? I don't want to waste my doctors time, but I am a little worried now.
Blood test can actually be done 8-10 days after conception. Until implantation occurs there's no hCG to detect, and this doesn't until 6-12 days after ovulation.
Being that you're so far from your next cycle, it's no surprise you got a negative. Most women will ovulate 2 weeks before their next period is due, and based on that you would be 4 DPO. Because implantation doesn't occur that quickly, nothing felt would be due to pregnancy. The soonest a pregnancy test can be used is at 9 DPO--so you need to wait another week to do anything, or till your next cycle is due.
I ment DNA Not enable sorry
;)
I have the symptoms too ur not alone i skipped a period n all i got was discharge in small amounts. I took a HPT n it came out negative, my boyfriend told me to wait for next month n if i skip a period again then i should do blood work.
You can take a blood test i believe three days after u think uve conceived i may be wrong. If you're over two weeks since u TTC u should b able to do blood test. Your hcg level should b rising n the doctors will be able to detect pregnancy if it is already through your enable.
Gud luck keep us updated!!!

Thanks for the advice, I will probably just wait. I would really hate to go in for a blood test, and have it come back inconclusive. I feel weird though, I don't want to tell my boyfriend yet... although this pregnancy would sooner than we expected, he would be really excited. I would just hate to stress him out or get him excited when I don't know for sure. So I am stuck in a rut. I just have all these symptoms and they are not normal for me, so I really don't know what else they can be.
Oh I hate that waiting game!
Not sure exactly when the earliest reliable time is for a blood test, but since you're going to spend the money and time for the doctor's visit, you might as well wait until you can be absolutely sure. It is more sensitive/accurate than a pee test. (BTW, BTDT, we all get obsessive, but I've never heard of an HPT actually giving an accurate result 10 days before your missed period.)
It's torture, but I'd probably wait until your period is due, and maybe a day or two after that, so you can be positive you skipped and it's not just a weird hormone month.
