Pregnant from messing around? no sex

Alright, so to start my period has never really been regular, except for about the last three months. last month my period lasted basically two days. me and my boyfriend were at the beach, so we screwed around the day before and about two days after it ended we did not have sex. the only way precum came in contact was one time when i was on top of him, and even then he had underwear on. and if at some point he adjusted himself and it got on his hand, and he then touched me right after or a few minutes later. I have been stressed all month, and something else very stressful just happened before my period was supposed to come. It is now 5 days late and every test has said negative. I have been having some period cramps. Is there a chance i am pregnant or do you think stress is playing a big role in this? Thank you.

stress can cause a delay in periods. penetration has to occur for pregnancy to happen. at the very least, semen will have to be deposited very near the cervix. precum isn't very effective in causing a pregnancy, and in your case it did not even come in contact with you apart from on his fingers etc., which WILL NOT cause a pregnancy. You can relax and cross pregnancy off the list.
