There a lot of possible reasons for why your period is late, one of which being stress, so try to relax. If you have had sex, then take a home pregnancy test to find out if you are pregnant or not. That is the only way you will know for sure if you are pregnant or not. A late period and other symptoms really don't mean anything. It is better to take the test sooner rather than later, because if you are pregnant, you need to start getting prenatal care soon to make sure you and baby are healthy. If the test is negative, use this as your learning lesson to be much more careful in the future. Always use protection from start to finish.
