Three months pregnant?

If I got pregnant from an encounter in mid April would a pregnancy test show up positive at this point it has been almost four months and I have had regular periods every month and negative first response urine tests (I took two yesterday at different times in the day they were both negative) but I have read online about women saying their tests weren't positive until like six months along and now I am scared

Have you gone to the drs since the first time? Because it honestly sounds like you aren't pregnant, I'm sorry. You need to go back to the drs and take another test

I have taken several tests every month since the even and have had normal heavy periods but I just cannot shake the fear that I could still be pregnant even after tons of negative tests and heavy periods. I even just started my period since writing this question and I thought I would have some relief but I still feel just as scared I don't understand
