What the heck is wrong with me . ?

So I had my period a period the 25th to the 31 . And for the last week for so Iv still been having dark discharge. Iv also had the massive headache for 3 days now and will no go away . And I feel nauseous often. It's almost a hangover feeling but it's been there for almost a week . I feel kind of dumb because I always think I could be expecting. I'm just looking for any insight . I'm a young girl I'm only 20 .
