3 days late on my period now. To early to take a test? Worried I'll get a false positive. Bf and I had sex one time during the beginning of my last fertility stage.

False negative was what I meant oops! I took a test once I woke up and it was negative. So repeat in a week if I haven't gotten it?

you won't get a false positive there is no such thing. they're only false negatives. so if it's positive then you are pregnant. if it's negative you could still be pregnant but not have enough hormone in your body to be picking it up yet. you cannot get a false positive so don't worry about that

if you are three days late then no it is not too early to test. take a test is it comes up negative recessed in one week if you have not gotten your cycle.
