bleeding at 5weeks??

I suffered a miscarriage september last year n I have never been in so much pain. However I got taken to hospital last saturday with severe abdominal pain and I found out I was 2-3weeks pregnant I haven't had much pain since but I have been bleeding since it started brown but now its red its not heavy I don't need sanitry towels I have been using pantyliners. I took a clearblue digital test n the conception indicator said I was 3+ weeks. Im terrified of miscarriage again. What do you think?

Im 9 weeks pregnant and spotting go to the er so u be more secure im in risk of miscarriage I have 3 kids and never had a problem like this

You can take prenatal vitamins before you get pregnant.

I have been taking folic acid are there any others I should use?

Relax take vitamins and see a doc abt the bleeding

Many women suffer one miscarriage and never have another. Take vitamins,  rest, and try to reduce your stress. That's all you can do. Good luck and congrats!
