Can my girlfriend be pregnant or is she just being paranoid?

Hello, my girlfriend and I recently had oral sex and she is freaking out. When i ejaculated, some of the semen got on her hand but she wiped it off with a few tissues and about 5 minutes later or so she went to go pee and wiped her vagina with a tissue. Another 5 minutes later she went to shower and washed her vagina. At first she was worried that she could get pregnant since she did not thoroughly wash her hands with soap and just used a tissue. Today, she says one of her boobs are more squishy then the other. Not sore or anything she just noticed it was more squishy. I know this is an early sign of pregnancy but i told her to stop worrying about it because if she keeps thinking about it her body will trick her into thinking she is pregnant and it will give her the symptoms. I just wanted to get some help from someone and confirm it or if i actually have something to worry about. She is not on any birth pills and she is a virgin. Thanks in advance

Hi,

I don't think she should be worried about transferring any sperm, from her hands to her vagina, after she wiped her hands off with a tissue. If she is still concerned, she can take a pregnancy test to find out a definite answer as to whether she is pregnant, or not.
