feeling weird

so im gonna ask if you have period in 3 days and then in 4th days brown spot till now june 7th and i dont know if still gonna have dark spot till tomorrow but here is my question is it this normal that you throwing up while had period till it done and then when the brown spot now you still have it and you always feel like your hungry and need to eat because your stomach is like so noisy or gassy and need to fart always sorry:) ok so you just eat but you have this feeling that make u feel sick because you need to eat again but your feeling is puke all what you eat.. so im confuse why my stomach is so noisy like i will have period again which i am done period and i just only have brown spot. is it because i dont have period from april 20 had period and then brown spot for 5 days so thats why i dont have period in the month of MAY till JUNE 1. is thats why im feeling it rightnow is normal. cause i hate when i throwing up so much and my friends keep telling me that im getting chubby but my looks is depress i dont like it specially when have bday party coming im shy to show my self when belly is like 2months and my face had lots of acne showing even my neck and going to my boobs hhuhuhuh help me how to get rid of it

i am not thinkin that i am pregnant or anything but its just makes me scared what i feel rightnow specially when i have short breathing it makes me feel like i have some kind of decease or sickness because of my belly is big and i eat and eat and sometimes i  hardly sleep because even though i just done eating i feel hungry again and it makes me so tired maybe thats why i had acne showing up and my looks not glowing anymore because i look depress and getting chubby. if i will do blood test can they tell me whats wrong inside of my stomach is getting bigger. can they tell me if why im having a short breath if i am sick or not. cause im planing to get a blood test but maybe in july cause june bday party so no money;)
