What do you mean by thicker? Does it turn white, and get creamy, or does it get like raw egg whites, or just like slimy clear? As long as it's not the creamy, white, lotiony discharge, it's probably fertile, it should be clear, stretchy, slimy, watery, anything but creamy white haha!
