plz help me... prenatal vitamins have my family fighting

I've been taking prenatal vitamins January. I had a questionable cycle in April where I've flowed lite for 3 days and spotted for two. My normal flow is a super heavy flow for five to six days. In May I only spotted very lite for 4 days and in June I only spotted very light spotting for 3 days. I took a Hpt and got a BFN but later learned I did not follow the instructions of the test correctly. I've chosen to wait until my next cycle which should begin July  11 to see if things are different this time but I have breast soreness,  lightheadedness nausea lite vomiting back pain and I actually look a couple of months pregnant. I've always had a small discharge from my breasts which the doctors said was nothing but one my recent breast exams that i do nightly milk has actually squirted from my breast.  I tried to give blood and they said my iron was low and that I may be pregnant. My mom says it could simply be my body reacting to the prenatal vitamins and I should stop taking them but my husband strongly feels that I am pregnant and need to continue taking them. They have stopped speaking n im not sure what to do. Somedays i believe Im pregnant and some days i don't feel like i am. Can prenatal vitamins cause pregnancy like symptoms like this.
