pregnancy after tubal ligation??

I am 27 and have had 3 healthy babies by age 24 and had a tubal ligation and ablation. Well In January I started having very tender breasts and leakage from breasts as well as TONS of other pregnancy symptoms.....It might have even started sooner then that. I took a urine pregnancy at work and it was negative and I repeated it on 2/1/12 and again negative. At work this past Thursday I started having very bad low right abd pain and it eventually stopped and then about a hour after pain started having spotting and etc. it only lasted maybe 24 hours and went away. Friday evening I vought  box of 3 early detection tests and both had faint positive lines. I repeated the next day but not with first urine and with a different non early detection type test and they were negative. Well today Sunday I repeated again with early detection and once again got faint positive lines on both tests. I have not really had anymore cramping or spotting just bloated and look about 3-4 months pregnant. How could this be possible after a tubal in 2009???????   Has anyone else had this experience? My primary care is ordering blood on me tomorrow and a ultrasound to look at what is going on I mean I would love to have another baby and so would my husband I am just shocked!! and if I am pregnant why are the tests so faint? It was never like this with my other 3 babies

HI,
Faint line in a pregnancy test may be because of a false positive test or it can be because of a ectopic pregnancy which is common after tubal ligation. Also the possibility of a threatened miscarriage should be ruled out. Blood test like serum beta HCG levels and an ultrasound scan will make the diagnosis clear. Hope this helps.

I had my last baby in 2005 when a month later I had my tubes tied. I have also had all obvious signs of pregancy this past week. A month + of missed period, Breasts firm and larger, hightened sence of smell, morning sickness, diahreah, visible baby bump, but... Negative pregnancy test, mauve colored spotting, back ache, head ache... ????
