Hi I'm 6 days late now and have symptoms backache cramps but no period I've just tested and got a negative result I don't no what's happening

I did have a few coffees before I taken test I will wait a few days and test in the morning time instead soon as I get up
If that was your first morning urine because you slept in, it's fine.
First morning urine is very concentrated. So if that 1 p.m. test was just you peeing mid-day, it's likely not concentrated enough.

Could be pms. It's usually too early for symptoms yet that sounds more like your period starting.
