Thank you MSKitty84 for your information. i believe what you said should be correct. So i will surely wait for some more time and then take the test. It must have been too early. Thank you...
As for what you can do now, make sure you're drinking lots of water, cut caffeine, stop any dangerous habits (alcohol, tobacco, drugs), eat sensible, healthy meals and get plenty of sleep. You can take Tylenol for the cramping pain if it's really bad (Midol, ibuprofen, etc. are NOT safe for pregnancy), or try a hot water bottle or heating pad instead. You may also want to start a prenatal vitamin, which you can get for about $10-15 your local pharmacy or grocery store. It'll help the baby if you are pregnant, and it certainly won't hurt you if you aren't.
Maybe you should go to the doctor & find out. Because all pregnancy tests are reliable.
But there could be a chance you are pregnant, because I was having the same symptoms the first month I found out I was pregnant!
Other common reasons for a delayed period include stress and anovulatory cycle (no egg this month, it happens occasionally). If you're at least two weeks late and are still getting negatives at home, you might want to ask your doctor about a blood test to be sure.
