unsure never experienced this before

Ok so here is the run down. My hubby and i decided last month we were ready to start working on child number 3. We missed my ovulation dates and i got my period.  Things have been stressful with otherfamily mmember and we stopped paying attention to dates. We made love a day or two before my ovulation days. I know sperm stays alive for up to 5 days inside a women. So technically it was there on my ovulation days. I started using a period tracker and it's saying my period isn't due until the 12th, so i should have 7 to 8 more days before it comes. Yesterday, i got that werid swollen, nasty itch. I know it's the start of a yeast infection. I'm not sure if it's cause my period is about 8 days away,  the stress, or that I may be pregnant. Obviously I am hoping for the later of the three. Any insight would be greatful. Haven't tried a pregnancy test yet cause it won't do any good. I do get yeast infection before  my periods sometimes. Idk help
