You should be fine, I would think you would have to file for child support. I have state insurance too and have never had an issue,the father is on the certificate and we all live together. They can't make you recieve child support:P
I think you only have to if you are getting food stamps or any other assistance like that.
They don't make him pay child support but if he has a job or medical insurance he might have to pay back half the cost of your delivery.
I know for the state of Minnesota if I were to claim that I have a child but don't live with the father of the baby, they'd make him pay child support... As long as I claim both incomes they won't go after him!

Okay. Im not sure either and Im having a hard time finding the answer im looking for research wise. I want to go talk to someone and family services but my fiance and I live with my in laws until he is done with college (4 months) so I dont want them to think that they are supporting us and then take away my benefits for myself and my baby.
