That with boys yu grow more in yer hips and butt and with girls its usually more belly? My sister told me this and im 30 weeks with a boy and have stretch marks all over my butt and just noticed more growing up the back n sides of my hips yet none on my tummy?

I have 2 boys and I have stretch marks everywhere I have them all over my hips, back and stomach and this time they are just extending from where the others left off. That is exactly what they did last time. I am also having a girl this time.

I dont understand how people know if they look prego from the back? My mom tells me all the time I dont but I never noticed someone was pregnant until I see the belly lol

I think its kind of true... As i m expecting my first baby boy and i have widen hips n wide tummy... It looks tiny compare to lady i saw today she was expecting girl.. She was all stomach... Bt thn again i ws 141lb to begin with... N i m still 24wks... Bt i m definately gaining weight in my lower parts...

Yea I think it's the other way around too. When I was pregnant with my daughter my butt got wider and my stomach was wide too. When I was pregnant with my son I was all stomach,no change in the butt though

My hubby has a lot of stretch marks too from when he was in middle school he was a bigger boy so maybe he wont care it will just add to the things we have in common lol

My.boyfriend is sweet about it, I'm upset about the stretch marks but he always tells me "it's fine you knew to expect them and it'll all be worth it" I hope your hubby is the same way :-)

Ape_roll I know!:/ I haven't even been gaining much weight since I started getting them! Im so scared of what my hubby will say when he returns from Afghanistan! I guess I should have expected them tho I was only 115 when I got pregnant n im at 143 now n still got 10 weeks to go
