I always had trouble sleeping even before I was pregnant, and I asked the doctor if taking benedryl (I don't know how to spell it) was safe for the baby. They said its the safest. I would talk to your doctor first but if I ever had a sleepless night (before being pregnant) benedryl was my best friend. I try to stay away from any type of meds except prenatal, but Talk to your doctor about it ;)

Try a nice shower or bath, something relaxing. Try listening to some of your favourite music while laying in your bed. Maybe even go swimming, I'm always tired when I get done swimming lol
