Feet problem. Kinda scary
I have had a long hard week at work. It's hard on my feet. I have to stand for my feet for 10 hours a day. Well on Thursday, the inner part of my heel pads (bottom of my foot) are bruised and slightly swollen, and they hurt so bad. The weird thing is that it's just a size of a half dollar on each heel that is bruised. I can't barely walk. Anyone else had this problem or know what I'm talking about?
Did you ever find out if it was just over use or is there an underlying problem that causes it.
I had the same problem the other day from standing and walking around, my ankles were so sore too.
