my labor and delivery story

Monday October 6th I started having irregular but painful contractions, I went to labor and delivery only to be sent home dilated but not progressing after half hour. I went home contractions all night every five minutes but not lasting long. I went back in to labor and delivery Tuesday at noon due to intensive pressure and pain in my vagina. Now I had a scheduled c section so if I started progressing they said they would have no choice to do an earlier c section instead. I started contracting regularly every two minutes abd for ninety seconds at a time, and I was still dilated to one but was now 60%effaced and - 2 position. They told me I was in active early labor my doctor decided to do my c section earlier since I can't do natural. At 7:16 pm October 7th I delivered via c section my beautiful 6 lb 11 oz 20 1/4 inches long baby girl Leona Faith! She was born at 38 week's 5 days healthy and nurses like a champ! Thanks everyone for your advice and support. I'll keep you guys updated but I'm recovering so it's hard with a two year old and a nb!
