38 weeks 6 days. are these contractions? help ftm
last night I've been having period like cramping.. it goes from my lower back to my lower abdominal.. its mild and it hurts a lil... it feels sore and a dull achy feeling..... especially my vagina..... been having it on and off couldn't sleep ..... also been having chills . are these contractionss?
Get up and be active for them to cone closer and stronger you nerd to be active...go for a walk clean or do some laundry
yes im still getting them. on & off
They could be. Try switching positions, drinking water and going for a walk. If they don't go away then they probably are! But you don't need to go in until you are struggling to breathe through them (because they hurt so bad)
