Went in today because I have bad contractions 5 minutes apart .. I lost my mucus plug yesterday still losing it and I've been up all night because can't sleep I'm in so much pain . Anyways they sent me home !!! And told me to wait untill they are a lil stronger and more close together :( umh I'm miserable . 39.4 weeks so ready to meet my princess so scared too I don't like labor or contractions lol I want the epidural already but have to wait untill I'm 5cm . I got checked and it hurt so badly I sware she put her whole arm up in there . But she said she couldn't reach my cervix then other nurse tried and said its still pretty hard .. when my doctor said its already soft and the other doctor said the same thing so Wtf ugh .  Anyways just venting because I'm in pain and I can't do anything about it lol they offered a shot to stop the pain but I don't want it to stop labor incase I'm kind of in it so I said no and I'm laying here dying wishing I could take a nappy .. mommies that go all natural I don't know how you did it but wow props to you !!! Lol I wanted to but I'm a wusssy haha

Try taking a warm bath or shower or both. If u can get a lower back massage while in the shower or while having contractions

Stay relaxed, maybe take a bath and just think it will be over soon hun ! Your princess is almost here :-) goodluck momma
