For those mamas in the Greater Toronto Area, powers out here and lots of reports of floods and accidents going on. I'm going to stay at my moms because my apartment is pitch black. No flooding in my basement so far but apparently in TO some areas the flooding gets higher then the tops of cars!

I think the storm is passing us we only had little showers.  I'm just worried about storms.  we live near the red hill and its always floods and if we get what you got I would be out a home.  stay safe and try not to go out I've seen pictures and it doesn't look to good.

Drivers are crazy! Almost got slammed on my way to Moms because drivers are idiots and don't seem to remember that intersections turn into four way stops when the power goes out. Talk about a heart attack! I don't know which way the storm is heading but if it starts raining over there, make sure you get your candles and flashlights out! It's like a torrential downpour.  No thunder or lightening anymore so I think that means it's starting to ease up. Haven't seen a storm so bad in almost ten years.
