i need help
my baby is 5 wks old. am catchin a cold. can i still breastfeed him. am curious. i also found out my iron is low.
thax i took some cough syrup. am not goin to breastfeed til i stop takin it. am feelin a little bit better.
I'm sorry. I did misunderstand. But as Atlantisea, you can continue to breastfeed. It will not hurt your baby.
Don't stop breastfeeding your baby.

I would say yes. I have never been told no matter what was wrong with my baby to stop breastfeeding. But I would continue to take your vitamins and that may help with the low iron. I'd also call your Pediatrician just to be sure.
