What can I do so my feet arnt swollen or hurt and what can I do for my back being hurt
My feet are EXTRA swollen. My husband & niece had been massaging them but 2 days ago he took me to a professional & it really helped. A foot massage would help with the blood circulation.
For Back pain buy a heating pad and place it on your back on medium heat (laying down) relieves the pain and just put ur feet up and relax for swelling
