Hip pain! @13,wks

Anyone have hip pain early on... I have been put on light duty at work because my left hip/leg would cramp so bad... I had this with my last pregnancy but I was 7 or 8months... My doc said since its my 3rd pregnancy.. Symptoms spark early... But with last baby I didn't get relief until after I had her! I hope that's not the case..  I seems like its getting worst.. If I get up in the middle of the night... I have to grab stuff just to stop from falling!

Anyone know how I can get relief??

Geez!well today it has been hurting more than usual.. I hope it doesn't last the whole time being I have a way to go

Ive had really bad back and hip pain since about 10 weeks and its only getting worse. My Dr has put me on a muscle relaxer and has me doing physical theraphy cause its gotten so bad and im only 22 weeks.
