14 weeks 6 days haven't had a bowel movement in a week

Help me please so I have drank almost an entire gallon of Apple juice then last night I took a all natural vegetable oil laxative and still nothing.  I mean in the past week I have passed a little like one or two days but nothing like before. .. can any one help

Fiber One bars worked for me.  I ate 3 of them and a few hours later all was good again.

I was like that and didn't crap for like 2 weeks. I went and bought a laxative 16oz drink and drank half. It tasted so gooood like grape soda and it helped! I told my doc cuz at the time I was early in my pregnancy so I only seen my doc once a month at the time. She said GOOD! Lol She's all like that's a long time, you did the right thing!

First u made a mistake w. The apple juice apple juice makes ur bowek hard for when u have diahrea..drink prune juice and eat oatmeal and vegetables drink more water and eating hthat whole grain cereal they r squared and its all wheat with the white sugar over it that one is good but u have to eat it fast bc it ccan get soggy in the milk..and going for walks regularly help u poop

Totally tmi, but I'm 22 almost 23 weeks, and same thing happened to me HOOOOORRIBLE constipation.  It was depressing lol but only likebi tiny little bit would come out for a week or two, now its back to normal,  hydrate yourself. And ask your dr!♥ you're not alone

Thats happened to me... nothing I could do to help itmm doctors say high fiber foods and walking can help as well as water... but constipation is very common in pregnancy
