Ways to naturally induce labor?

Im 38+4 I had my first baby at 38+2. Im 3 cm dilated and 75% effaced as of monday. What are some things I can do from home to naturally induce labor. Ive been walking like crazy and bouncing on my exercise ball.

Wait a week or two. Distract yourself. Take a walk, call a friend, get a haircut or a manicure, go to the movies. Be patient and stay busy, labor will start in no time.

My Ob Said Evening Primrose Oil Is Ok After 35 Weeks ... I Did It Last Night For The First Time And Had A Little Not Of Blood When I Wiped This Morning So Maybe He Will Be On His Way... I Also Drank Raspberry Leaf Tea  So Not Sure Which One IS Working But I Am Only 1 Cm And 50% Effaced So That's Why I Resulted In Other options
