When I lay down and get up I'm so sore and my private area I haven't felt like this with my son I'm 18weeks

Im having the same exact problem im 18w3d its like every bone in your body is hurting at once an then when I go to walk I get sharp pains in my ladies part :(

Yes that's how I'm feeling . And I was having cramps but no bleeding I think it's because my stomach is stretching I can still feel my baby move. But I can't deal with the pain I walk like I'm old

It's just the round ligament pain. From your uterus stretching and moving. You will be fine, just stretch and try moving slower when you get up and change positions. I had the same thing
