It's ok..you may not be able to feel the initial movements like flutters and stuff but once your baby gets a lot bigger you will feel it more. My placenta was at the very front so it would act as a cushion and I couldn't feel my baby really good until about 25weeks I'd say.
The difference between my last pregnancy and this one is HUGH! With my last pregnancy I could only feel when my daughter would kick hard...I could feel some kicks here and there about 20 weeks or so but they were few and far in-between and as she got older I would feel her move every now and then but not as often as I would have liked. The placenta was attached along my stomach so I didn't feel all of the small movements.
With this pregnancy the placenta is along my back so I can feel everything, rolls flutters kicks even I think when she turns her head lol and I'm only 22 1/2 weeks. The placenta this time is along my back.
Try not to worry if you need your baby to move drink a cold glass of water and lay down, you'll notice the movements a lot more when you have a chance to pay attention. I had to do this with my last pregnancy to re assure myself, good luck!
