Really bad hemorrhoids

I'm in my 30th week and this weekend I got really bad hemorrhoids. I couldn't even walk and sit and I'm desperate because I'm doing sitz baths,tucks pad and ice compress and it works one day but the next day I go to the bathroom everything stars again. I don't know what to do... I don't want a surgery !! Does anyone know a very good remedy for this?

Preparation H. Check with your doctor first, but I have had to use it. I also eat a lot of oatmeal in my last trimester to help have easier bowl movements, but you can stick to anything high in fiber. Of course water, lots of water.

I've tried PrepH and it makes it worst,it seems like nothing works for me :(

Definitely give your doctor a call. Living in that much pain and discomfort isn't worth it, so call them and see what can help. It might just be a simple prescription.

Witch hazel pads really helped me. Are you having any issie pooping? Like is it hard and you have to push hard?

It's kind of easy when I have a BM I don't have to push hard... I've tried the witch hazel and it works once but the next day it gets swollen again.
