Here we are, almost done with our second trimester! WOHO!!
I will be exactly 28 weeks TOMORROW !!
Maria and Zuz will be there on Wednesday, and as for Eternidad, few more days.. ;)

Hello Girls!!
I have been away from my computer for sometime. My parents are here. They came on the 24th and since then I have been very occupied.. catching up with things.
Anya- Congrats on your 30th week!! Wow!!! I cant believe we have all been together for so long. Zuz and I and will be 30 weeks tomorrow. What a amazing feeling!! I had my second appointment with the dietitian yesterday. She looked at my chart and said that I was not eating enough in fear of getting the glucose level high. That is very true...I have been eating less and fewer than recommended carbohydrates. She said carbs are important for the baby. So I have to eat the daily recommended carbs, also haven't put on any weight past three weeks. I have doctors appointment today. Lets see how it goes. I guess i am lucky with the u/s. My doctor's office does it after every three weeks from week 29. I will be having one at 32 weeks now.
Zuz- Tomorrow is our 30th week. :) Don't worry too much about the belly measurement. My OB usually doesn't explain to me much. He checks and notes it down and doesn't tell anything until its important. I should make it a point to ask him questions. I haven't registered for the birthing classes yet. They charge $75 for week day session and $100 for Saturday classes. I did register for doctors night tours. That was free.. :). when will you be getting the results of the cervix test? Few weeks more just hang in there..it will fly by soon.
Eternidad- Good that you took the class. Is that very useful?I am in two minds to take it or not.

Anya, I got the name of a nurse who gives classes and tours from my doctor. So I should be ok. I know waited to long! I'm going to call and make an appt tomorrow. My baby is active too. I love it. It really is the best feeling in the world.
Eternidad, I went in and asked about another u/s and, at first, he said that normally they don't do them again. He said it's a 50/50 chance that someone would get another after the 18th week one. Then he took a meaurement of my tummy and he said its measuring the same as it was two weeks ago. So it's measuring small. I'm getting an u/s in two weeks. I was so worried but he told me not to worry at all because he said there is a very high margin of error in how they measure. I saw another doctor in the office two weeks ago so I don't know. I was really worried and he actually said "why are you getting that worried look on your face? I promise I only want to do an u/s for pecautionary reasons. I'm not a doctor who lies" So I laughed. I don't think he'd lie to me. I just feel so nervous because, although, I've been feeling great, this has been a scary pregnancy! With doing IVF, then having my cervix checked every week, then every other, now this. I just can't wait to have my little baby in my arms....

I took my classes already and they went well, so far everything is moving along fine.

ZUZ - wow, you should have already booked the classes at the hospital, they are getting packed SO FAST! I am starting my classes this weekend...
Unlike you, I slowed down on eating habbits and not gaining anymore weight..the baby is active but I wonder why I stopped eating like before?

Hi All! I have another appt today to check cervix and meaure baby. I think I've eaten too much over the past 2 weeks!!! I'm afraid of what my doc is going to say! :(
I figured today would be a good time to ask about next u/s, classes I should take, tour of hospital. I don't know any of that! I can't believe Maria and I have two days to go until our 30 week mark! Yay! So exciting!!

I am 30 weeks now, I can't believe it! Two more weeks for my next milestone, can't wait! Other than Braxton Hicks and more uncomfortable to walk, I feel fine..It is very hot here and humid so I can't really be outside much...Still working everyday :( Kinda tired of that too...

I don't think I will have any u/s done anymore, so you are all lucky :)
