I was told to take mine with fruit juice and to start eating foods with iron in them.
Oh ok, thank you, hopefully that's a sign that the iron is getting into my system
Yes. The iron pills make your stool tarry and black.
Sorry to be rude and go into detail but I have just been to the toilet for a bowel movement to find everything was black....as in dark dark black. Is this. Normal?
Thank you! I will give Orange juice a try, just desprate to feel a little bit better x
I had to take them ever since the beginning of my pregnacy I have to take two a day. My dr always saying my iron is so low n I'm dehydrated. My dr told me I should take my pills with orange juice. She said it helps a lot with iron .
Alls I can say is continue to take and get alot of iron in there.
That has been helpful thank you! I'm trying to increase my iron in my diet as much as possible too hopefully speed up the process of feeling better x
Oh and I have never been on the tablets lol sorry I wasn't much of a help, just giving a tip for those who are low on iron, food helps a lot for sure.
I was told I was a little hematocrit 4 weeks ago, and I couldn't even move around without having to sit or lay down again for a bit, I've been taking my prenatal vitamins daily and that actually helps, I think you just need to increase more iron in your diet so keep taking prenatal vitamins daily, eat leafy greens, eat food with iron in them, it will help a lot, I was close to have to get magnesium sulfate from the doctor but now I'm doing just fine.
