Good job for quitting. I'd try gum, mints and kind of candy you can suck on and of course water! Anything that'll keep your mind off the cigs

The first two weeks is the hardest, but if you can make it two weeks without it, you can quit completely! I slipped up a few times when I quit, so of course it took me lo Ger, but I finally did it. And after I did, so did my boyfriend and his parents. Now we have a smoke free home to bring our princess home to.

I'm really super proud of you momma! But that is extremely dangerous to just up and quit one day! Just like drugs your baby could be addicted to the nicotine. Even your doc will tell you if you smoked your entire pregnancy, your suppose to wing yourself off of them.

Good for you! I also smoked.  Up until I was about 5 months.  Baby girl is healthy and weight a good 4 lbs at 32 weeks. Way to go. It's not gonna be easy. But figure out if it's a mind thing or just havin somethin in your hand or what. I don't even crave one now . Good luck to you girl!

Congratulations so very proud of you!! I smoked before I was pregnant but quit when I found out, I didn't smoke not even one the first 7 months of my pregnancy, but then I started getting stressed and I broke down and started smoking one a day =/ but I'm now 38 weeks and haven't smoked one in about a month! Sunflower seeds worked miracles for me!! I think I'm more addicted to sunflower seeds now than what I was to cigs lol! But good luck and keep up the good work! :)

The more water you drink the faster the nicotine gets out of your system the fewer cravings you'll have. Congratulations! I quit well into my second trimester as well so I know how you feel. Its hard but so worth it for the baby! Be aware that you may struggle with some complications despite quitting, we still did. But its still so worth it. Good luck with everything and indulge in a favorite food occasionally when you crave a smoke, reward yourself!

As soon as I found out I was pregnant I quit. I know it's not easy but I just kept telling myself it's better for the baby. I'm 35 weeks now I haven't smoked my whole pregnancy and its not even something I think about anymore. I haven't for awhile. It gets a lot easier just stay strong! Good luck!

Eat a piece of hard candy, suck on one, like a jolly rancher or a peppermint every time you want one(: that's what I did and it helped!
