Ice ice an more ice that's what helps me alot. I'm at least able to sleep an be comfortable when I ice it
I have it too. Pretty much nothing has helped me. I just have to change position a lot and I do have a body pillow that helps some. At this point I just try to ignore it.
Be careful with baths. Do NOT have too hot of a bath. It can pit the baby in severe stress since they can't sweat in the womb.
I have all that pain too and it helps to sleep on your side with a body pillow between your knees and beside your stomach for you stomach to rest on
Try hot baths before bed if really needed some Tylenol I have had that throughout my 3rd trimester but if I'm being honest I just gave up nd try to ignore it because there will be days were really Nothing helps bt the baths help me relax before bed
