35 weeks bad heartburn

35 weeks + 3 days and I always had mild heartburn since 30 weeks but now its soo bad I dont want to eat bc everything gives me heartburn im popping tums like candy and constantly drinking milk (2%) and nothing really works and I decreased my water intake bc it makes me feel nauseous. . Is anyone going threw or gone threw this ???? What helped for you ?

Ive had that problem pretty much my whole pregnancy nothing seems to work for me so im thinking i should buy prilosec otc

Zantac and ice helps me

Zantac is safe as well. Its the only thing that helps me anymore.

I'm 23 weeks and recently started getting heartburn. I never had it before I got pregnant. Whole milk works for me. I don't have tums. Mylanta and rolaids are safe for pregnancy. Maybe those will work for you.

First make sure u dont overdue tums follw instuction on the back and to help heartburn try maybe chocolate milk instead i understand bad heartburn also try ice
