Sleeping positions
Is it safe to sleep on my right side I'm 20 weeks, I've been reading online and everything say different things? This is my first pregnancy..
I'm almost 27 weeks & sleep on my right side a lot. This is my second pregnancy. They say it's best to sleep on your left side because the position of the baby. But if your more comfortable sleeping on the right side it won't hurt the baby.
You should sleep however is comfortable. Left side is best but you can sleep on the right side and your tummy as long as it feel comfortable. Worse position is on your back. But if you put a pillow under you you should be fine and baby would inform you if something bad was happening.
