Safe acne medications SOS

So im 8 weeks and before i was pregnant i had terrible acne the only thing that helped was using proactive which contains saliciac acid and benzoil perixid which ive read you should avoid . Id really like to find something to help manage my acne while im pregnant anyone have a solution ?

There are lots of things if you look online. The most natural way is apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, aloe. You just have to try to find something that works.

Also, change your pillow case daily or every few days. I just change out the towel I put over it since it's easier for me and keep your hair off your face too.

5% benzoyl peroxide is still supposed to be ok, but not 10%.

My pregnancy acne cleared up a lil after my second trimester started. I'm using tea tree oil as well.

Try using bodyshop teatree oil blemish free face wash ....it works great
