ugh .. HELP

I'm 30 weeks and 4 days and I've been having cramps since 10 pm they started in my vagina, it's now 3 am and there in my abdomen and stronger I feel really uncomfortable and at this point I'm just exhausted but because idk what's going on I don't wanna sleep. Should I call my doctor or try to sleep it off if I even can?..

Take a warm bath or sit in the shower and drink 32oz of water in like 15 mins or less. If that doesn't ease them or make them go away go to the hospital.

Also me and my nd had sex about two hours before they started, I went and make cupcakes and my feet and back were killing me even though I was standing for only 30 minutes if that. Then these cramps started.
